Salted Caramel

The very first flavor we ever created - just 5 ingredients in perfect harmony. 
No ready made caramel mixes or sauces or powders. We caramelize sugar like it should be done - we don't disturb it (we've learnt our lessons) but we watch it till we get that perfect Amber deep colour.
Then just four more ingredients are added at the right time - Cream and Milk, Egg Yolks and Coarse salt to yield a Salted Caramel that we are proud off. Unapologetically Salty, Unapologetically Caramel ! Not for the faint hearted
