By placing an order with Chubby Cheeks Creamery (Sitaye Foods LLP), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders & Payments

    • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

    • All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

  2. Right to Cancel

    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues of product availability, delivery limitations, or operational reasons.

    • In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  3. Intellectual Property

    • All recipes, designs, branding, and website content belong exclusively to Sitaye Foods LLP. Please do not reproduce or copy without prior written permission.

  4. Allergen & Product Information

    • Some flavors contain milk, egg, nuts, or gluten. Customers are advised to carefully review product information before purchase.

  5. Liability

    • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of your order.

  6. Jurisdiction

    • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
