At Chubby Cheeks' Creamery, we make ice cream the old-fashioned way — in small batches, with real milk, cream, sugar, and time. We believe in recipes that begin in a kitchen, not a lab — built on honest ingredients and slow craftsmanship, not shortcuts.

Some of our flavours are French custard–style, made with fresh egg yolks for a naturally rich, velvety texture. Others are completely egg-free, carefully balanced so everyone can enjoy the same indulgent experience.

We use only what’s essential to create the perfect texture and taste — never more, never less. Every scoop is a return to simplicity: ice cream the way it was always meant to be.

Buddy was founder, Ayesha's beloved black Labrador—rescued, loyal, and always ready to “taste test.” He may no longer be with us, but his spirit of joy and indulgence inspires everything we do at the Creamery.

Many of our flavours are completely vegetarian. A few of our French custard–style flavours use fresh egg yolks — just as traditional ice creams always did — but we never use gelatin or any non-vegetarian additives.

If you prefer egg-free ice cream, our egg-free collection has been crafted with the same care, indulgence, and real ingredients.

Because craft takes time — and we still make it that way. Every batch at Chubby Cheeks is slowly cooked, carefully balanced, and made with the kind of attention machines can’t replicate. Our base starts where all real ice cream should — with fresh milk, cream, and sugar — and from there, it’s about the touch, the timing, and the tasting that only handcrafting allows.

We don’t chase speed. We chase flavour — the gentle caramelization of sugar, the way vanilla beans bloom in cream, the natural body that comes from real ingredients. That’s what “old-fashioned” means to us: not nostalgic, but respectful of the craft that makes ice cream worth craving.

Not at the moment. All our ice creams are dairy-based. But our egg-free flavors are suitable for vegetarians.

We currently deliver across most of Delhi. Select areas in Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad are coming soon. You can check serviceability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

All orders are prepaid via secure online gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We don’t accept COD.

We use insulated, food-safe packaging with dry ice packs to make sure your tub stays frozen until it reaches you. When you receive your package, follow the instructions on the dry ice packs for disposal and never place the dry ice packs in your fridge or freezer. However, place the ice cream tubs in your freezer immediately

All our flavours are tested by an independent food safety lab, and each tub clearly mentions its shelf life — typically between one and three months, depending on the flavour.

We make our ice cream the traditional way, using fresh milk, cream, and real ingredients, without adding preservatives to extend its life unnaturally. Every batch is crafted for freshness, not permanence — which is why our shelf life is shorter than mass-produced brands, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Think of it as a freshness promise: our ice cream is designed to be enjoyed at its peak, creamy and full of flavour — not to sit in a freezer for years.

No, we currently are unable to allow customers to cancel orders on their own. But don’t worry — just reach out to us and we’ll handle it for you quickly.

How do I request a cancellation?
The easiest way is to reply directly to your order confirmation email. You can also email us at order@chubbycheekscreamery.com with your order ID.

Why do you ask me to reply to the confirmation email?
It’s a simple safety step. By replying to your order email, we know the request is really from you and not someone else trying to cancel your ice cream by mistake.

What if I can’t access my email right then?
No problem! Call or WhatsApp us at +91 93110 22991 during support hours (Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM). We’ll just ask for a few details like your name, phone number, and delivery address to confirm the request.

What are your cancellation terms?

• More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund, minus a ₹100 processing fee.
• Within 24 hours of delivery: 25% cancellation fee applies, with the balance refunded.
• Once the order is out for delivery: It can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Can I change my order instead of cancelling?
We’re not able to swap flavours or make changes once an order is placed. If you need to adjust your order, the best option is to cancel within the timelines above and place a new order.

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered on time within the slot you have selected. Deliveries may arrive at any point during the chosen time window.

To help us serve you better, we kindly request that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. In case no one is present, the delivery will be considered completed once our logistics partner has attempted delivery at your provided address.

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. If eligible, we’ll refund or schedule a replacement immediately.

You may cancel a scheduled order up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For same-day cancellations, refunds may not be possible once the order is dispatched.

Yes—we can arrange freezer placement for bulk/corporate clients in select areas.

Keep tubs in a freezer at –18 °C or lower. Handle dry ice carefully – never touch with bare hands.

Yes, many of our flavors are nut-free. However, since all products are made in the same kitchen, cross-contamination is possible.

Some flavors like Cookies ’n’ Cream contain gluten. Please check individual flavor descriptions for allergen information.

Yes! Our Berry Berry Strawberry, Alphonso Mango, and Fig & Honey are made from whole fruit—not syrups or artificial flavours
