SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Area & Coverage
We deliver our handcrafted ice cream across Delhi at almost all locations. At checkout, you can check if we service your pin code.
If your pin code is not yet covered, it's because we cannot guarantee freshness during transit. For NCR locations in Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad – we're working hard to expand soon. Stay tuned!
Order Processing & Delivery Schedule
Customers may select a delivery date and time slot when placing orders.
- Orders placed by 5:00 pm are usually delivered the same day.
- Slots: 11 am – 2 pm | 3 pm – 7 pm | 6 pm – 10 pm
- To qualify for a slot, orders must be placed at least 1 hour before it begins to allow for inventory allocation and delivery route planning.

Please note: during heavy rains, traffic diversions, or other city-wide disruptions, deliveries may be delayed. We'll keep you informed and work with you to reschedule or refund as needed.
Temperature Control & Cold Chain
Our ice cream is maintained at –18 °C or colder during the entire delivery journey. We use insulated packaging with dry ice packs to ensure your tubs arrive perfectly frozen. Dry ice must always be handled with care - do not touch with bare hands and keep away from children and pets.
Follow all instructions on the dry ice bags for disposal.
Once delivered, please transfer ice cream products immediately to your freezer.
Receiving the Package at Delivery
We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered on time within the slot you have selected. Deliveries may arrive at any point during the chosen time window.
To help us serve you better, we kindly request that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. In case no one is present, the delivery will be considered completed once our logistics partner has attempted delivery at your provided address.
Order Cancellations by Us
While we make every effort to deliver your chosen flavors, in rare cases we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as delivery limitations, product availability, or operational issues). If this happens, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
