Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

Because our ice cream is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once it has been delivered. All sales are considered final. That said, we stand by the quality of every tub. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. We will happily replace your order or issue a refund if your ice cream arrives melted or not properly frozen, packaging is damaged on arrival, or the products received do not match your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem at: order@chubbycheekscreamery.com or +91 93110 22991. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Replacements are sent at no extra cost and coordinated with you.

Important: Deliveries may arrive at any point during the chosen slot. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If no one is present, the delivery will still be considered completed once our logistics partner has attempted delivery at your provided address. In such cases, no refund or replacement will apply.
Additionally, If there is a delay in transferring the ice cream to the freezer is on the customer's end, we may not be able to replace or refund.

Order Cancellations by Customers:
Long-Notice Cancellations (more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery) are eligible for a full refund, minus a ₹100 processing fee to cover administrative and inventory reallocation costs.

Short-Notice Cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled delivery) are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover inventory allocation, delivery route planning, and administrative costs already incurred.

Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as delivery routes are optimized and inventory has been allocated.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to swap flavours or make changes. If you need to adjust your order, please refer to the cancellation terms above.

Order Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as delivery limitations, product availability, or operational reasons. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Customer Support: Our support hours are Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are a small team, but we do our very best to assist you quickly. If you reach out to us outside of these hours, please leave us a message — we’ll get back to you as soon as possible once we’re available.
