We tasted our way through six different suppliers before shaking hands with our current partner—a single-orchard plantation that delivers only the best. Their Alphonso mango pulp, prepared in super small batches, is golden, fragrant, and intensely flavourful. Blended into our creamy base, it creates a scoop that’s pure sunshine and unmistakably Alphonso.
